Request a Quote ↗Overview
Designed for efficient batch production, the Deeprint DG1-P Automatic UV Cylinder Printer integrates automatic loading and unloading to reduce manual handling, minimize placement errors, and lower labor costs. It prints directly onto cylindrical, tapered, and compatible irregular or faceted products, including bottles and tumblers.
Five Ricoh G6 industrial printheads deliver white, CMYK, light cyan, light magenta, and varnish in a single print cycle, creating vibrant graphics, smooth gradients, and glossy accents.
Machine Structure

Automatic Loading & Unloading System
The automatic loading and unloading system handles workpieces in step with the printing cycle, reducing delays caused by manual handling. This supports a continuous, stable and efficient UV printing workflow for cylindrical products.

Industrial Printheads — Ricoh G6
High precision and long service life. Supports six colors, white ink and varnish printing.
Variable Droplet Technology (VSDT) and multi-grayscale printing: Combines speed and precision for smooth gradients and rich detail.
High-drop printing: Supports printing with an increased distance between the printhead and the product surface.
Printhead alignment and integration: A straightforward alignment and installation design supports integration with rotary or multi-axis systems for printing around the facets of products such as octagonal bottles.
Fast printing: A firing frequency of up to approximately 50 kHz supports higher throughput for bottle production. Actual output depends on the product, artwork and printing setup.

Intelligent Shape Scanning
Automatic shape scanning captures the bottle profile to support seamless wraparound printing.

8-Color High-Resolution Output
The standard five-printhead configuration supports white ink, six colors (CMYK, light cyan and light magenta), and varnish in a single pass. This versatile color system delivers smooth gradients, natural tones and vivid photographic reproduction.

Smart PLC-Controlled Fixture
Automatic fixture adjustment
The fixture automatically adjusts its position and orientation based on the geometry of the product being printed.
Job memory
The PLC memory function stores printing job data, reducing changeover time and the need to re-enter product parameters. This smart automation reduces the need for manual calibration and improves production efficiency.

Mist Extraction System
The fan-and-filter extraction system captures ink mist and airborne particles generated during printing. By drawing in air and trapping particles before they disperse, it helps reduce buildup on surrounding surfaces and maintain a cleaner workspace.
Wide Application

Printing workflow
-
Review the product: Check the shape, dimensions, surface and required print area.
-
Prepare the job: Review artwork, positioning and the fixture for the sample.
-
Run the printing setup: Automatic loading and unloading is integrated with the printing workflow.
- Workpiece enters the loading position.
- The machine picks the workpiece at the set interval.
- The workpiece is precisely placed on the printing station.
- UV cylindrical printing.
- Automatic unloading.
- The next production cycle begins.
Note: Automatic loading and unloading follows a set rhythm, reducing the impact of slow manual picking and inconsistent placement.
-
Evaluate the result: Check the printed sample and application requirements before confirming production suitability.
The listed speed is 30 seconds per piece. Actual job output depends on the product, artwork and setup.

Dimensions & tooling
The standard printing diameter is 45–120 mm, with a maximum print height of 270 mm.
Custom tooling for smaller-diameter products can be reviewed according to the product geometry, gripping area and printer setup. Confirm the actual sample before selecting a fixture.
FAQ
How does DG1-P differ from DG1?
DG1-P integrates automatic loading and unloading. DG1 uses manual loading and unloading. Review the product and workflow when choosing between them.
Can it print tapered or shaped products?
Selected profiles can be evaluated. The dimensions, gripping area, fixture and required print coverage must be reviewed for the actual sample.
What should I send for an application review?
Send product photos, dimensions, material and surface coating information, artwork and the required print area.
Is the listed speed guaranteed for every job?
No. Actual output depends on the product, artwork and printing setup.
