Inquiry privacy notice

Deeprint uses the contact details, product information and photos you submit to review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

IP inferred location

When you submit an inquiry, Cloudflare provides an approximate country or region, city and time zone based on your IP address. We store available location results with your inquiry and include them in staff notification emails to help respond to you. VPNs, proxies and company networks can make this location inaccurate. This feature does not store your full IP address in the inquiry record.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Uploaded product photos are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and require authorized staff login. Notification email is delivered through Resend.
